Rebuild and lead the SEO team (later rebranded to Organic Discovery) in charge of Organic Search, ASO, Amazon & Youtube strategies. I built a distributed team of 11 members with four in charge of the US & CA, two for EU markets (FR, ES & IE), individual members for Japan, Australia, Great Britain and two operational members located in the US.

I conducted monthly SEO reports showcasing global & product specific performance +accomplished & future work. These reports were presented to the CEO, Product & Marketing teams (around 100-150 folks) on a monthly basis.

Additionally, I was in charge of $1M+ organic search & content globally, owning all non-us content creation initiatives, leading CRO initiatives, and partnered with the demand-gen team to create incrementality tests between organic <> paid search.
